It's one block away from the westside waterfront if you love running or walking. About 15mins walk to Chelsea market, and there are plenty of dining & shopping options nearby with the closest Whole Foods being 10mins away in Hudson Yards. The block is super quiet. Nearby train stops are the 28th street 1 & 2, as well as 23rd street E. The doormen and maintenance crew are super friendly - I really can't ask for better.
The apartment is a penthouse unit located on the 14th floor, and it's a corner unit facing south with ample sunlight. You have a sneak peek of the Highline from it. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwater, in-unit washer and dryer.
I'm subleasing because I'm moving in with my college roommate into a two-bedroom right next door.
