I love this cozy space! This apartment is full of amenities, is quiet and cozy, and in the BEST location! It comes fully furnished, and anything you need is provided, such as linens, towels, cleaning products, kitchen basics and equipment, and other odds and ends.

I am very flexible on dates as I work remotely- just ask!

Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stovetop and oven, full bathtub, window A/C, two fans, and a smart TV. Decor is cozy and eclectic, and furnishings include a velvet fold out couch, huge ottoman I for workspace, comfy queen bed with pillowtop, and ample storage for your stuff. I am providing my subleasee with free Verizon WiFi and use of Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, HBO and Apple TV.

The apartment is up two easy flights of stairs, with a package locker and virtual doorman system.

I'm one block to L train and multiple buses. I also want to express how cool and helpful the maintenance staff is- they work really hard to keep the building clean and safe!
