You will need to pay the 1 month's rent, a security deposit, and sign a sublease agreement and a roommate agreement.

We will be looking for someone who is the right fit for my roommate while I'm gone. That means you're clean, care for the space and everything within it, are honest and trustworthy, and reasonable and respectful with respect to noise, personal hygiene, etc.

Will consider pets on a case by case basis.
