Looking for long term sublet tenant (ideally at least ~8 months) for my 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment directly in the heart of the west village. It's an amazing space in the best few blocks of the west village! (right by Nat's on Bank/ Sant Ambroeus/ Tartine) The apartment has a large bedroom, living area, and eat in kitchen with dishwasher. I will be traveling a lot over the next 8-12 months but I would like to have the apartment available when I return/ really don't want to give the apartment up. Ideally looking for a professional that can provide proof of income/ ability to pay rent (40x monthly rent); The apartment can either be offered partially furnished or not furnished (can provide pictures of current furnishings to genuinely interested prospective tenants). The building is quiet and a handful of other unites- looking for a respectful subletter to enjoy the amazing space.
