Still looking for someone to take my 3rd floor apartment by March 1st. The unit can be available ASAP if needed. February rent has already been paid and I will not expect payment for the remainder of the month if you get in before March 1.

It's a 2 year lease that just started. Rates are locked in at $2950 until 12/31/25 then it goes up to $3050 until 12/31/26.

I can leave furniture there if you need it. I can also empty it out. Your choice.

Note there's a Zillow ad the buildings broker posted which shows a higher rent. I negotiated my lease to have a 1 month free concession. If you takeover my lease the negotiated rates are locked in for you.

It's a 2-5 minute walk to the F train East Broadway stop, 5 minutes to Dimes Square, Trader Joe's, Target, 8-10 minutes to Essex Market and Delancey Street and Grand Street subway stop.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Guarantors are accepted.
