That being said I currently use a queen bed, two nightstands, a small kitchen table and two chairs to fill the space. Two people live here currently and we have had 5 people in for a coffee and a chat once. The space is deceptively small in photographs but feels much larger in person. 78th St is incredibly quiet for being in the city and this area is served well by public transit, restaurants and bars.

Steam Radiator heat is reliable and maintenance has proven a quick response time to any issues for the apartment or building.
