Its in a lovely part of Harlem, adjacent to Strivers Row, classy & quiet. It's a super cozy space ideal for one person or a couple. Please note that 1 months' security deposit, background check and 2 references will be required for the selected tenant. It’s 2-month initial tenure; and month-to-month thereafter.
