This is the best place we have ever lived! However, we are moving to Spain and would love to pass our peaceful haven forward. We are looking to sublease what is left of our lease and then you have the option to renew the lease if you want🙂.

Our 1-bedroom apartment in the luxury Vantage building In Jersey City is available starting mid March until May 5th (flexible) with an option to renew the lease. We believe you can even lock into our low rates or strike a deal at renewal. Happy to discuss keeping it fully/partially furnished.

It’s a peaceful apartment with an incredible view, lots of natural light, 2 pools and an easy ~20 minute commute to downtown NYC or 35 minute commute to Midtown (door to door). Happy to answer any questions or share more photos!

$35 for water (fixed) + $50 for internet (if you keep current service) + $40-$100 for electricity (depends on AC usage / month)
Need to confirm with leasing office but there might be an application fee and a $1000 deposit (to be left with Vantage )upon signing lease takeover contract
$3,833 is the monthly rate (similar units in building going for $4k+)
