I'm moving for a year to work in London and have a great room available, all utilities included in our 3 bedroom apt to rent. Open Feb 1st onwards. I can let you in earlier if needed. Furniture has been Put in storage, its ready to move in! There ais 1 big window in your room with lots of light.

$1400 with ALL utilities and a great wifi included in this cool area of Brooklyn. Gas stove in kitchen, New Fixtures in bathroom, great water pressure and lots of hot water..! Laundromat 1 block away, 3 grocery stores 3 minutes away, large supermarket and pharmacy close by too.

10 mins to Halsey St J Z subway,
15 mins to Mytle Wycoff L train.

We have 2 cats who are very loving, Our apt is on the 3rd floor,


1 month deposit plus the $650 (the scond half of February) required. We request a contact signed to make sure everything is fair please.

Incentives

I can pull my full sized bedframe out of storage plus a cupboard if required. Cost of transport to apt is all Id ask for, about 150.
