1 bedroom available in a rent-stabilized 2 bed/1 bath apartment in prime LIC Court Square. Looking for someone to move in between March 1 to April 1, dates are flexible and can be discussed. The lease ends April 30 but you have the option to renew if you like the apartment.

The room is large (13x11) with space for a queen size bed, desk, and dressers. It has a large closet with good lighting and a decent city view from the 12th floor. It can come furnished if you like with the full-size bed and potentially other furniture in the photos, either for the duration of the sublease or you can buy them off me. The living room will likely not be furnished or will have different furniture than the photos.

The other bedroom is on the other side of the apartment so you have good sound isolation and privacy, and the shared bathroom is right next to your bedroom. Your roommate will be a girl in her 20s who works from home full-time. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and would appreciate someone who does the same.

This location is as convenient as it gets in LIC. Less than 5 min walk from Court Square Station (EMG7), 5 min to Queens Plaza Station (EMR), 6 min to Queensboro Plaza Station (7NW). One stop away from Manhattan on the E. 5 min from Target and Trader Joe’s, steps away from Chipotle, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, Xi’an Famous Foods and much more. Citi bike dock also right across the street, and a 20 min walk to Gantry.
