I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room in my 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for March 1. The rent of the bedroom is $1275 You will be signing a one year lease with just one roomate, and she is a 27 years old and works downtown for a nonprofit. She has a yellow lab mix dog that is adorable and friendly. She works from home on Mondays and Fridays. Management is not accepting guarantors. About the Room: • Rent: $1275/month ($2550 total but split equally with roommate) • fits a queen-sized bed. • Deep closet with ample storage space for all your belongings. •The room also comes with an air conditioning unit I will sell to you if you would like it! The Apartment: • Located on the 3rd floor of a pre-war walk-up building. • The third bedroom has been converted into a shared, cozy living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. •The kitchen is spacious and comes with a kitchen table and chairs, dishes, flatware, as well as a dishwasher • Shared with one friendly and respectful roommate (and her adorable, sweet dog!). •extra closet space in the hallway and living room Unfortunately, no laundry in building but there is a laundromat one block away Neighborhood Perks: • Prime Washington Heights location, steps away from Columbia University Medical Center, 15 minute bus or train ride to CCNY • Just one block from the 168th Street A/C/1 train station for easy access to the rest of the city.
