ROOM AVAILABLE FOR UP TO 2 MONTHS ONLY!
- The months of February and March 2025; need to head home for a family matter; can be available as early as February 1st
- Flexible move-in and move-out dates (whatever works best for you within that timeframe)
- PRICE NEGOTIABLE; if you plan to stay over a month, I will ask for the entirety of the rent at once. Rent can be reasonably prorated if your stay is over 1 month but less than 2 months.
- Fully-furnished 3-bedroom apartment but only 1 bedroom is available for rent. The other two bedrooms are taken by my roommates (1 male, 1 female, both in their mid-late 20s) who are very friendly and keep to themselves.
- No animals (one roommate is scared of dogs and the other is allergic to cats)

- Utilities and high-speed WiFi included in price (no additional charges; WiFi is 600 Mbps)

My room has a bed with a very comfortable queen-sized mattress and 4 built-in drawers below, a large desk (with monitor, laptop stands, wireless mouse and keyboard, etc.), and a fairly large closet (with shelf storage on top and hangers below that; I can clear out the majority of this closet, if needed). I can provide freshly cleaned sheets and pillowcases on the day of move-in, or you can bring your own if you'd prefer.

Basic amenities for use in apartment:
- Gas stove and oven
- 1000 Watt microwave
- Refrigerator/freezer
- Food cabinet
- Glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, storage containers, etc.
- Pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

- Large TV in the living room and another in the bedroom
- Fog-proof mirror and waterproof phone holder in the shower
- Other random amenities (towels and bath rags, blankets, water filters, ice trays, blowdryer, toolbox, tape, glue, batteries, etc.).

- 4 blocks away from the E 103rd/Lex subway station
- 6 blocks away from the E 96th/2nd subway station
- 2 bus stops within 1 block (E 102nd/1st and (E 101st/2nd)
