· If self-employed, provide a letter from their accountant stating your expected yearly income.
· We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with income of 80x the monthly gross. Same income verification documents stated above apply.
· Ask if we are able to proceed with an institutional guarantor such as TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
