We are looking to sublet our one bedroom apartment in a luxury high-rise building from April 2025 till June 2025 (until end of lease) in Long Island City. You will also have the option to renew the lease and get an offer from management.

The monthly rent is $4,498. The apartment is the biggest one bedroom in the building with floor to ceiling windows and a big bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Washer and dryer are on the same floor.

The apartment is fully furnished with two home office desks and monitors, coffee machine, and everything you’ll need. We can discuss the furniture price separately if you want it furnished.
