This large, well lit bedroom in our single family bed-stuy home is ideal for professionals, students, and couples.

The room has great natural lighting. It is the second largest room in the house after the master. It has a private closet as well as additional storage space in the living room. The room was recently painted.

The living room/kitchen, laundry and backyard are shared spaces. Utilities included. Wifi is split between roommates.

The other three roommates are all artist and spend a lot of time traveling. The house quiet by nature ( though we dont mind some excitement).

The neighborhood is amazing! We are a 5-7 minute to both the Myrtle/Willoughby and Bedford/Nostrand G trains! We have multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, and juice bars within a two block radus. The area is safe and well lit.
