Looking for someone to take over the remaining term of my current lease at Lyra. Lease expires 07/31/2025. Signing a new 12-month lease upon moving-in or prior to current lease expiration is also an option.

Monthly rent is $4,280 however, I'll cover the $20 for the application, as well as $285 on a monthly basis until the end of the lease (shall you keep the current contract that ends on 07/31), so that your monthly rent is $3,995.
