Large master room fits a king bed, desk, and dresser

Large walk in closet

Tons of hall closet space as well

Elevator, laundry, gym, live-in super and 24 hr doorman, outside terrace

Shared living areas will be almost fully furnished

About the roommate: You'd be living with my amazing roommate, 31 and her cat Stevie. She's super respectful as a roommate, fun to be around, and we both keep the place fairly clean. I met her via an apartment share site 2.5 years ago but am now moving in with my boyfriend. Looking for someone with a similar good vibe. She's a therapist and works from her room 1-2 days per week. Looking for someone similarly respectful and easy to live with.
