Happy to give you an in-person tour or video tour. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the Grove Street Path Station, which will take you to Downtown in 7 minutes and Midtown Manhattan in 16 minutes. It's also just 10 minutes away from beautiful Liberty State Park and 3 minutes from a nice neighborhood park with a dog run. It is spacious, bright, and has great appliances! 333 Grand has incredible amenities, such as two pools on two different floors, a rooftop observatory, a dog run, an amazing gym with everything you'd ever need (including a rock climbing wall), a music room, a children's playroom, and more. The lease is from now until to June 30th and costs $4,685 monthly but I will offer concessions personally. You will sign a lease with the building leasing team without a brokerage fee. I have already covered the $750 amenity fee for the year and will not require reimbursement. I can leave you all or some of the furniture for an additional cost! Each room throughout the apartment is painted throughout with chandeliers installed as well!
