This is a perfect opportunity to get into the rental market. The apartment is an 8 min walk to the 6, E and M. The M15 bus is a 2 min walk. You also have the option of re-applying to sign another year's lease upon completion of the subleasing term. The new lease price is estimated to be around $2600/month and starts May 1.
40x income or guarantor is required, we are asking for a half month ($1250) security deposit, and we prefer people who will be resigning another year lease with the landlord.
