Apartment keys will be transferred by the current tenant directly to the new tenant.

The application materials include:
• Credit Verification
• Proof of Employment: three (3) most recent/consecutive paystubs (CPA Letter
and Tax Return may be requested for self-employed individuals)
• Bank Statements: most recent/consecutive detailing recent transactions and
payroll deposits
• Landlord Reference Letter
• Photo ID
• $20 application fee/applicant
• Completion of Vero application. Vero will verify financial documents for faster
application decisions.
Upon approval of the application, the applicant will sign a new lease, and the current tenant will sign a Surrender Agreement acknowledging that they are vacating the apartment and relinquishing all rights to reoccupy the apartment.
