This rental has been awesome. Amazing, accommodating landlords who own just this single unit. I'm moving out to move in with my girlfriend, as it's not enough space for the two of us, plus our 2 cats and 1 dog.
Amazing place for the views and the building staff (doormen are excellent). The courtyard + being right on the park is ideal if you have a dog and like to play tennis (McCarren courts are a 4 min walk), soccer, baseball, softball, kickball, pickleball, really any sport in McCarren park, or to walk your dog, take a leisurely stroll, etc. Lilia, Nick & Sons, Llama Inn, Le Crocodile, The William Vale, VITAL and so many other amazing restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. are minutes away.
