This room is the larger of two in a 2bdr apartment on a quiet street in East Williamsburg. The building has a locked package area, it’s 8 minutes to the L, 10 to the J and 12 to the G, so it’s super well connected. Its big enough to fit any size bed, and can fit a queen size bed and a desk. The room and the apartment in general gets a ton of light, especially in the afternoon. The kitchen has a ton of cabinet space, and you’d be sharing the apartment with 1 roommate in her early 20s, so ideally looking for a female roommate in her 20s/30s, must be LGBT friendly. Living room furnished already. Can buy it for a reduced price if interested. If interested, will send photo of our current living room setup (the photo of the living room in the listing is of the previous tenant’s living room setup)

Additional fee

Would need security deposit of $2365. Also need paystubs showing 40x rent annually, although guarantors accepted otherwise. The building will likely run a credit check. No application fee. Water included, will need to cover wifi ($25 a month) + electricity (varies by season).

This would be a full lease takeover for the remainder of my lease (August 31st). I’m flexible on move-in date if there’s need, but ideally around March 15th.

Living room and kitchen are furnished, and you’d have the opportunity to buy the furniture if you’d like (especially if you choose to renew the lease). Listing says no landlord permission, but my lease permits it and I will be contacting them if I find a subletter, so you can get your name on the official lease instead of a sublease.
