Lease takeover available for 2bed 1bath in Hell's Kitchen (51/11). Ideally March 7 through March 15 start. Lease ends July 30. I'm going on a long term work assignment out of state.

- I'm forfeiting my deposit, so incoming person won't need to pay deposit or brokers fee. Just need to qualify.
- Apt was recently renovated, was the first to live in it.
- Apt is on the 5th floor, but only 3 flights of stairs.
- As an FYI, Bathroom is inside of one of the bedrooms in case you're getting a roommate.

40x Rent and Good credit needed. 40x rent can be across 2 people.
