ABOUT THE APPARTMENT
Located just 3 minutes away from Halsey Station on the L Train, The entire building that only includes 4 apartment units has been renovated in the winter of 2023 so everything is brand new. The tenants are really low key, helpful and friendly so in case something happens, you can always reach out to them for any assistance.

The fully furnished 800 sq.ft apartment unit is on the ground floor and includes the following items:

- Washer/dryer
- Big backyard with BBQ
- Kitchen appliances including dishwasher
- Separate storage room in the basement of the building
- Bedroom furniture if needed
- Heater, AC and fan in each room and common space
- Wi-Fi

The apartment is very modern, minimalist and clean! Open to someone who would like to decorate it in their own way as long as we maintain a clean space. Not really into establishing a cleaning schedule as we are adults but...open communication is definitely key to develop a positive and fun living environment :)

Ridgewood is a community focused neighbourhood so it really does feel cozy, chill but also cool with its local cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. It definitely has a fun vibe and the people living there are super nice!

ABOUT ME
I am a 31-year old French Canadian woman (she/her) who has a passion in hospitality, nature and gathering people together.

Other than working in a luxury hotel based in SoHo, most of my time is mainly spent at the rock climbing gym, at my local run club or in concerts! Therefore, I am out of the house most of the time so you get to work remotely, meal prep as much as you want, enjoy full privacy either alone or with people - your friends and loved ones are more than welcome to chill at the apartment as long as I am aware :)

I am one independent and proactive girlie but I do enjoy cooking food, hosting small gatherings with my close friends in the living room, reading a book with wine, taking naps, journaling and making coffee with maple syrup!

Ideally looking for someone who is balanced and community focused - responsible yet full of life! Open to anyone as long as the person is mature and will treat their apartment like it's theirs too. Also very open to live with another independent person but love the idea that we can become friends over time and share some chill times together - the idea of joining our friends together over bbq in our backyard seems pretty wholesome to me.
