This is 2-bed, 2-bath newly renovated building with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, great natural light (South/East facing windows!), and laundry in building. The amount of space you get is amazing in both the bedrooms and common areas. One of the bedrooms is a master with bathroom attached.
My roommate and I have decided it's time to find our own places so we're downgrading to 1-bedrooms and need to leave the apartment early due to travel schedules, so looking for someone to take over our lease and sign-on to a new lease starting April! Our current rent is $3,550 so you would pay that minus a pro-rated discount depending on your move-in date in March. Rent is anticipated to go up to $3,600 starting April, but management is open to negotiating a concession (we received 1.5 months free 3 years ago and have seen them offer 1 month free in recent postings of other units so good chance you could ask for that!).
Unit will be unfurnished, but I have a metal full-size bedframe and 48x24inch walnut desk that I'm getting rid of and happy to leave behind if you're interested.
