This studio is in a lovely waterfront location. One of my favorite things about this apartment is that although it is technically a studio, the entryway is spacious enough to serve as an office space. The living area/bedroom is also pretty long so you have room for a living room setup with a smaller couch or loveseat in addition to a bed. The unit is on the second floor, right down the hall from a small gym, and three floors below the laundry room. The building also has the option for you to pay an additional fee each month to have access to a large gym and terrace in the neighboring building. If you have a dog, there is a dog run adjacent to the building. I have had no complaints with the building (I am only moving because of a career move out of New York)- maintenance has a quick turnaround (although I have barely needed it) and the doormen are just the best. I loved living here and hope you will too!
The apartment will be assigned in an as-is condition (there will be no repainting between the assignment, but scratches etc. are minimal).
