Spacious, pet-friendly 1BR/BED 700 sq ft apartment with an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and lots of storage in Tribeca. Accessible by both stairs and elevator with a 24/7 hour doorman, 24/7 maintenance staff and 8a-11pm daily mailing room. Looking for a lease assignment starting May 1 (flexible start date) with the option to renew. This is by far my favorite apartment to date but will be splitting time between SF and NYC with my partner starting June.
Features an entryway and living room that fits my large sectional couch, 65in tv, speakers, etc. The dining area fits a table for 4-6 as well as a desk. The kitchen has a lots of storage/drawers, large fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, deep sink and there is a kitchen island that can fit bar stools. Great for cooking and dinner parties. The bedroom fits a california king or king bed, two nightstands, vanity, large mirrors, dressors - there are two large closets. The bathroom has the best water pressure and heats quickly.
Right outside, there is a recycling and trash bin that is taken out every morning by the staff. The apt is part of a complex called Independence Plazas but because it is a townhouse, it feels more private.
Of note, rent went from $4695 9/2024 to $4850 9/2025 to give idea of rent increased year per year.
