Looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease in our gorgeous unit as we unexpectedly need to relocate for work.
The current lease takeover would be around March 1st to June 30th with the option to renew the lease after June 30th if you want to stay in the unit. Our landlord is incredible and very accommodating so they will definitely be very straightforward about the process.
Please see the listing description below:

On the best, quietest tree-lined block in historic west Crown Heights - right off the Franklin Ave restaurant corridor - sits a fully renovated garden apartment with private entrance to an uncommonly large, 1600 SF private yard. This unit is part of a stunning 2-family brownstone replete with restored original wood detailing in the parquet floors, mantelpiece, moldings, and door & window trim throughout which has hosted photo shoots for companies like Ralph Lauren, H&M and Bonobos. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Bay windows bathe the living area in sunlight. which leads to a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. A hallway, which includes a large washer/dryer unit tastefully set in a closet, will lead you to the first of two large, classically styled bathrooms. Here you'll find the first bedroom, which has both a north-facing window and ample closet space. Next you'll see an expansive master bedroom which features calming northern light, a sizeable walk-in closet, the master ensuite bathroom, and a private entrance to the unusually large rear garden.
Located just steps away from the Franklin Avenue retail destination corridor, situated by remarkable neighborhood amenities like majestic Prospect Park (same architects as Central), the Brooklyn Arts Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Zoo and Library.
Four blocks north of the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5 train hub, 7 blocks from the Franklin Ave A/C lines and a 12 min walk to the LIRR at Nostrand Ave for connections out east to the Hamptons. Perfect home for commuters to downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan (15 min express lines to Wall Street, 27 min to Grand Central). Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
