Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (short term subleasing possible) and room in our 4-bedroom, 2-bath shared apartment. I'm moving soon, so my room will be available starting March 1st.

The apartment is in Ridgewood Queens! It’s a spacious, modern apartment featuring a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a virtual doorman. Plus, it’s conveniently a 1m walk to the Seneca M stop and 5m to Myrtle/Wycoff L stop, making commuting a breeze.

As for the roommates, they’re all really easygoing and respectful. Two of the rooms on the other side are occupied by two brothers in their 20s who are university students, and the room next to mine is taken by a quiet, friendly professional in his 30s.
