hey all! we're looking to fill a large bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 bath spacious loft in the heart of Tribeca starting in March 1st for 6 months (potentially longer but tbd). You'd be living with two chill guys in their mid/late 20s - we both work in tech and work from home (more on that later). The place is super spacious and the location is pretty unbeatable. In unit washer and dryer, great lighting in the room, and _unofficial deck_. We love this place and work hard to keep it clean, occasionally have people over and host dinner parties sometimes. Ideal roommate is someone around the same age, clean, respectful, who doesn't bring the party home, and likes to hang out every now and then.
