I’m looking for someone to take over my lease through a lease assignment.

* This is a super spacious alcove studio with an industrial vibe and tons of natural light thanks to the big windows!
* It’s in a great spot near Franklin Ave, surrounded by awesome coffee shops, bars, and just a short walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
* The building is really well-maintained with a great maintenance guy, and the neighbors are super friendly—such a great community!
* I’m moving abroad, otherwise, I’d stay here—it’s honestly a gem.
* There are three big supermarkets nearby: Lincoln Market, Key Food, and a really nice fancy market just around the corner, so you’ll have no trouble finding whatever ingredients you need.
* The studio has a cozy nook that perfectly fits a queen-sized bed with room for a bedside table and lamp.
* The high ceilings make the space feel even bigger (which I love).
* Even with my 87-inch conference table, two benches, and a couch that seats 5-6 people, there’s still plenty of room in the living area!
* The kitchen and bathroom are both really spacious.
* Tons of storage—I work from home as an industrial designer, so I have lots of materials, prototypes, and tools, and I still have extra cabinet space.
* There’s an in-unit washer and dryer from LG—if you haven’t used LG appliances before, they’re super reliable!

Lease Assignment Requirements
Since this is a lease assignment, the new tenant will need to provide the following paperwork to take over my lease:
Completed application
$20 application fee
Copy of ID
Proof of income (either two most recent pay stubs or a 2022 tax form)
Record of rent payments from the last six months
Landlord reference letter
