Property Details

My roommate is leaving NYC and I'm subletting his room in our apartment. I've been in this space for ~3 years now and I really like the apartment/neighborhood so excited to continue living here and sharing the space with someone else. I'm 25 years old, work in finance, like watching Soccer/NBA/F1 and working out or going for a run/bike ride on the weekends. Looking for someone in early/mid 20s with similar interests!

Some details on the apartment:

1) Located in Stuytown, facing 1st Avenue
2) Flexible move-in date from end Feb/early March
3) Rent: $2,000 per month (includes utilities; room can come fully furnished)
4) Preference is to rent the space out to one person for the remainder of the lease (terminates on July 3rd) but open to short-term rentals as well
5) Apartment located on the 10th floor in an elevator building with laundry and bike storage in-building
6) Room fits a queen bed, WFH set-up (standing desk/chair), and some additional seating (exact dimensions are: 12.0 × 10.4, and floor plan attached for reference)
7) There are no closets inside this room, but there are two closet spaces in the hallways that the person in this room can use, coupled with the clothing rack just outside
8) L train stop on 1st Avenue is a ~7mins walk; 6 train stop on 23rd/Park Ave is a ~12mins walk and Union Sq is a ~17mins walk (or two stops on the L train). Target/Trader joes both ~10mins away and there are lots of food/going out options in the East Village that are walkable
