Due at lease assignment upon application approval:

- Security deposit - $4,340 (one month's rent)
Leasing office requires the following to apply:

- Proof of employment (3) most recent consecutive pay stubs
- Bank statements detailing most recent transactions and payroll deposits

- Photo ID

Upon approval of the application, the applicant will sign a new lease, and the current tenant will sign a Surrender Agreement.
