Our beautiful Williamsburg apartment is up for rent from April 1st, in the Oosten Condo building.

We are moving to a 2 bedroom in the building to accommodate our growing family. This is the best building/ apartment we've ever lived in - management are responsive, the building staff are like family, building security is great & the apartments are solid (good soundproofing, lots of storage options, quality appliances etc). The building itself is also impeccable, has a heated pool that opens out to the private building courtyard in summer, gym, playroom, shared lounge and the best rooftop we've seen in the city, decked out with grills, loads of seating areas, umbrellas etc. Everything is well maintained, too.

Apartment is courtyard facing which makes it super quiet and serene. We get great light all afternoon - so much so that in winter we barely need to use the heat.

The things we love the most: Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, huge king bedroom (can fit king bed + have space for desk area), beautiful bathroom with tub, loads of storage, including a AC closet that doubles as an additional storage room + wall to wall closets in the bedroom.

The building and apartment has all the usual features of luxury buildings - 24 hour concierge who will receive all packages, elevator, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, central AC & heating, and parking/ storage (for an additional fee). Lots of building activities including movie nights, holiday events etc. Great neighbors, many whom own their apartments so are invested in keeping the building a desirable place to live.

We also love the area, which has a community feel, while still being an easy stroll to the busier center of the neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the waterfront at Domino park. Great food and grocery options within two blocks. 10 minute walk to the JMZ, 5 minute walk to the South Williamsburg ferry stop or an easy citi bike/ walk over the bridge to the city.
