The building is a luxury new construction and it is NICE. This is the smaller of two bedrooms with south facing windows. Unfurnished. Unit has a dishwasher and a nice bathtub. Building has a brand new gym, laundry room, coworking lounge, elevator, and bike storage room. Rooftop is great and HUGE it's got 360º views, lounge chairs, tanning chairs, and grass. Room can very comfortably fit a full sized bed + desk. A queen could also fit. There’s 2 good coffee shops about a ~5 minute walk if you’re into that. Walgreens, Dunkin, and grocery stores well within a 2-10 minute walk. Utilities: split between us, your half will be roughly around $100- $150 give or take for electricity and Verizon fiber wifi depending on the season. Move in: first month rent + security deposit. Building doesn't allow us to terminate or transfer lease which expires 8/31, but they have allowed subleasing in the past. It's very easy to renew with them, we have renewed at the same rent price 3 years in a row. Building only cares if you can make a combined 40x rent and have good credit, approval is very easy for long term leasing. Cats only upon approval on a case by case basis. No dogs. You'll be living with a woman in her 20s so we request female applicants only. Thank you!
