This two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse level apartment features 11’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson River. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day. In both bedrooms, blackout curtains can also easily transport you into darkness regardless of the time of day.

The apartment is available furnished or unfurnished. If you desire for it to remain furnished, an additional security deposit will be required and cost of utilities and internet to be covered by tenant. The building requires an application fee.

Columbus Square is both a refuge and resort complete with rooftop lounge, new state-of-the-art fitness center, gorgeous lap pool, concierge and valet services, and 24/7 door attendants. The building is dog-friendly and there are dedicated dog play areas in the back of the building as well as convenient walking paths for those late night and early morning walks.

This can be a short-term rental for the duration of my existing lease; however the building will offer an option to renew at the conclusion of your stay.
