Studio apartment lease takeover in Chelsea. We have loved this apartment... it's a great size / price for studios in the area and overall a great building- elevator, amazing live-in super, laundry in building, very secure package room setup, etc. And walk-in closet! I could go on and on.
We're looking for someone to take over the apartment ASAP as the person we’d previously found to take it over fell through.
Current rent is $3,875 and our lease ends in August. The person taking the lease over has the option to keep the current rate through end of August (with the option to re-sign then) OR sign a new 12-month lease with a $3,950 rate.
