This is a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath unit with views of NY city and Empire state from the living room and the pool deck and park from both bedrooms. This building has 2 rooftops and my apartment is located on the same floor as one of the rooftops, the gym, and the lounge. The neighbors are very friendly. The concierge service is excellent and so is the maintenance team. You also have the option to get your dry cleaning picked up. The area is also great. There is a restaurant, deli, hair salon etc just below the apartment. My unit in particular is more renovated compared others. It is 1500 sq feet which is a steal and you can hardly find such a spacious apartment in this area. My unit is bigger than the penthouse.
