I’m subletting my garden-level furnished 1 bedroom apt in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Dates are flexible, trying to fill March and April. Rent is $2,300 / month includes utilities.

My space is on the first floor of a small, quiet building near the intersection of 3rd Ave and 10th St. It features a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom is located downstairs via a spiral staircase, and there is access to a private backyard with lounge chairs and barbecue.

The neighborhood is wonderful, within 1 block from the F/G/R trains at the 4th Ave/9th St stop. Within 7 minute walking radius you’ll find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and laundromat.

It’s a cozy home full of plants with a big comfy couch and TV in the living room, a desk downstairs, and a full size bed with excellent mattress.

Dates are flexible and rent will be pro-rated based on move in/out dates.
