Beautiful sunlight room with large closet and private bathroom (with shower / tub) right in McCarran park. Balcony and views overlook the park, very quiet and perfectly located to get the G or the L. It is an elevator building with a garage. I’ve lived here for 4 years and can vouch for the space :) beautiful wood floors and modern appliances, very active super if you need and laundry in building. Utilities come to about $100 / person a month depending on your AC/heat use. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. There is a small dog (hypoallergenic, calm) but he will keep to himself. I’ll be in the office generally three days a week and travel OFTEN for work (dog goes to boarding). Looking for a roommate now that we got the back to office call and I don’t need the office space. So many great restaurants, fitness options, and bars all within 5 minutes walking!! Reach out for more info :)
