Hiya! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Bushwick, as I am relocating to New Jersey. Now until Sept 30th, All the details are listed below

Lease takeover April/ May - Sept 30th 2025

2 bed, 1 bath, 1 roomate, works 5 days a week in fitness, she has a female cat.

Room fits a queen bed, has a double door two level closet.

$1,541 per calendar month, building is rent stabilized (rent only increased $40/ each at last resign) Monthly bills are usually around $100.

I’ve already paid for April, so if you’d like to move in sooner I can be flexible on move in date.

Must have a 700 credit score or higher, make 40x the rent or apply with a GA. Re-apply with the management company to get approval. $20 application fee required. No deposit.

Lots of natural light, grocery stores, restaurants and some shopping nearby. Laundromat is around the corner and has affordable wash and fold. About a 30 minute commute to manhattan. Lease is up September 30th, 2025.
