Hello! I’m subleasing my room in Lower East Side, right across from Seward Park. The apartment faces the park, so there's a lot of natural light from the windows and fresh air from the trees. I also like to hang out on the fire escape when the weather is nice.
My room is designed with a minimalist aesthetic, featuring exposed brick and white furniture that creates a serene space to unwind. It’s separated from the living room by French doors, allowing light to flood in from all directions. Each window is outfitted with curtains for privacy when you need it. The natural light here is perfect for reading or enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee.
The living room (with smart lighting) is spacious enough to comfortably hang out with a few friends and catch up over a movie. The kitchen is well-equipped and meticulously organized—ideal for whipping up meals or hosting gatherings.
I was really picky with choosing a high-quality memory foam mattress, so this one is super comfortable. There's lots of storage space in the closet and drawers. My roommate, who is away traveling pretty often, is easy to live with; she’s very considerate and ensures the place is always pristine.
We’re nestled above some fantastic thrift stores coffee shops, not to mention being steps away from some of the best dining spots in the city—from bakeries to pizza to amazing Asian cuisine.
I'm looking for someone who will cherish and appreciate this space as much as I do. If you’re looking for a clean, calm place to live, this could be the perfect match for you!
