[May also be possible to extend lease past end of June to October!] It’s on the top floor of a 2 story walk up. There’s a washer and dryer in unit, as well as a dishwasher. It was newly renovated before we moved in, so we’re the only people who lived here since. Triple paned windows block most street noise and train noise. It is a mostly quiet neighborhood, but honestly I am super duper noise sensitive (hyperacusis - especially to bass vibrations so I am ending my lease early because there is a restaurant/pool hall next door that I can’t stand and I also want to be closer to work in Manhattan). However, my roommate has lived here for 3 years and sleeps with no problem. Gets good sunlight! 10 minute walk to NW train. Its on principle pets are allowed but because it’s my roommate on the lease, a small dog or cat might be okay depending on my roommate’s discretion. We’re nonsmoking, chill (definitely not partiers), and super clean people. We prefer active communication. We definitely pick up after ourselves and are considerate of the shared space.

It’s not a fee, but the security deposit is a half month’s rent that will be returned after your stay ends.
