I'm a freelance fashion stylist from LA who loves shopping, visiting museums, trying new foods, and discovering everything NYC has to offer!

This is a dog-friendly apartment, but unfortunately, cats aren't a fit for me.

I keep the space clean and organized and am looking for a roommate who values and respects the home as much as I do.

Additional fee

Rent is $2000 and utilities usually range from $150-$200! I can do a fixed rate if you prefer of $2200 each month or if you prefer knowing each amount of bills each month that works too but sometimes it can be higher or lower.

Upon arrival I will need first month rent, security deposit, and any pay stubs indicating you are working and can afford rent.

The living room and kitchen is fully furnished. Options are one or two renew lease for 2 years if interested.
