This one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment at 113 Sullivan Street is a great place to live. I will be sad to see it go! I signed a two year lease in 2024 but am moving out a year early. The apartment is on the first floor of a prewar building. My preference is to transfer my lease to someone who is interested in buying out the remaining living room furniture I have left (Living Room: L-shaped Sofa, Kitchen table, 4x barstools, mounted TV, electronic blinds, lamp, and open to bed mattress and frame
The property management group is Manhattan Skyline. They have a process to seamlessly handle lease takeovers via an application process. The Apt has a virtual doorman and is pet friendly.
A completed and signed application is to include a $20.00 non-refundable application fee. All required documents must be provided to the landlord within 24 hours after an application is submitted. In addition, two separate certified or official bank checks representing the first month’s rent and security deposit are required to hold the apartment until the application process is complete. The applicant’s annual income must be at least 45x the monthly rent. If a guarantor is required, the guarantor’s annual income must be at least 75x the monthly rent
