Located in prime location in West Village. 8-10 minute walk to NYU. 3 min walk to west 4th st subway station. 2 minute walk to Gristedes. 2 big windows with lots of natural light. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook. Roommate is an NYU student(female). We are looking for a female tenant. Move in and move out are flexible, but a 3 month lease is ideal. Heat and water free, WiFi and electricity bill paid separately.
