My current roommate is unfortunately moving out of town for work, so I am looking for a new roommate for a 1 year lease in a brand new spacious place in Bushwick off the Central Ave M stop (6/1/25-5/31/26).


I live on the top floor of the duplex that you'll split the place with. A little bit about me: I’m 30 years 30 years old and work in recruiting. I’m a quiet, clean, very easygoing guy - I go to work during the day and am into sports, music (indie/rock) and photography. I’m a chill, social guy but will respect your preference if you’re more of an introvert - before/after you check out the place we can meet over a beer or coffee. Aside from making coffee in the mornings sometimes and occasional cooking I don’t come down much so it'll almost be like having your own place but you get a lot more than if you paid for a similarly priced place on your own around here.


- $2,100 a month and the lease would run from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 with option to extend further


- Apartment is very spacious and worth seeing in person, it's the lower half of a top floor duplex with private balcony, your own living room, bedroom and bathroom.


- Separate entrances for top and bottom floor and only the kitchen is shared. The top floor has its own living room, bathroom and bedroom so I'll stay out of your way.


- Everything brand new, we're the first tenants in this unit


-700+ credit and 80k min income requirement as per the landlord


- Lots of bars, music venues, lounges, restaurants less than a 5 min walk away


- Easy access to M/J train and the L is a 10 min walk away
