Hi! I have an unfurnished room in a 2 bed/1 bath available starting April 15 (flexible) - May 31st. The apartment is located on Myrtle Ave in Clinton Hill. There is an elevator, washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, and a balcony in the apt. There is also a furnished roof with a great view of Manhattan that is ideal for hosting.

The apartment is across the street from everything you could need (grocery, urgent care, derm, restaurants, etc).

My roommate is in college and is only in the apartment at night. There is only one other unit on the floor and the girls are so kind.

The room is large and gets great natural light. There is a heat/ac unit. There is a large closet in the bedroom in addition to a shared coat closet.

I signed a new lease and am hoping to find someone to finish out this lease. There is an option to renew after May 31st if desired.

There will not be any pets in the unit but pets are allowed!
