My apartment is a very large studio. It has a queen bed, standing desk, larger couch, kitchen island, w/d in unit, large bathroom and giant oversized walk-in closet. Outstanding view of the Brooklyn bridge and the water in the distance.

I absolutely love the spot but I'm moving in with my partner so am trying to find someone to take over the lease in May or I'm flexible on the date.

Option to sign a full year at the current market rate or simply finish out the lease. I am open to selling my bed and couch to the new tenant for a great price.
