Required Documents
a. Income verification (40x the monthly gross).
· If employed, provide two most recent paystubs and Last years’ signed tax return (1040 pages suffice) OR last years’ W-2
· If starting a new job, provide a letter of employment (dated within 30 days prior of the application) stating your income.
· If self-employed, provide a letter from their accountant stating your expected yearly income.
· We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with income of 80x the monthly gross. The same income verification documents stated above apply.
· Ask if we are able to proceed with an institutional guarantor such as TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
b. Two most recent bank statements (U.S. based bank account)
c. Color copy/picture of ID (can be passport)
The renewal price is $6675. You can also choose to collect the security deposit check and NOT renew the lease. Since you are taking over the lease, you get the security deposit when the lease is over.
